Yes we do. We can work with you to create plans for the front or backyard, and we can begin as soon as construction on your new home is complete.
Most municipalities do not require homeowners to have a permit depending on the type of landscaping construction they want to perform on their property. Our team can help you determine if a permit is required though, and help you secure the appropriate documentation.
All Outdoors services homes and properties from the Halifax area all the way southwest to Liverpool.
We stand behind our work, and if it’s not right, we will make it right (thank you Mike Holmes). All materials are guaranteed to be as specified in our estimates, and we guarantee workmanship and materials for a period of one year excluding theft, vandalism, natural disaster, frost heave or abnormal weather conditions.
We will usually request a deposit before the work begins, with the balance due upon completion. For larger jobs, we may also request a progress payment. We accept all forms of payment, including credit card, cheque, Interac transfer, etc.
Usually quotes from reputable companies are similar, so be cautious if you see a large discrepancy. A very low bidder may not have appropriate insurance, Worker’s Compensation, or be bidding on the same quality materials and requirements as other bidders. They may also be trying to “low-ball”, and then advise you of added costs after the work is well underway. We feel our customers don’t want surprises, so we strive to estimate the work required correctly from the outset, and you will only be billed as per the estimate unless there is a significant change to the requirements.
Wherever possible, we are happy to accommodate changes requested after the work has begun. If there are any additional costs for time and materials, an adjusted estimate detailing the changes and any additional costs will be provided.
